The revolutionary Panoramic Oxygen Mask also known as the POM facilitates the use of low dose or MAC anesthesia for upper endoscopy, nasal bronchoscopy, fiber-optic intubation, and TEE procedures without the use of an anesthesia machine or ventilator.

The POM is the most versatile, inexpensive, and easy to use oxygen mask ever invented. The low cost makes it affordable for every patient. The POM can be used for any procedure that uses the mouth or nose for entry into the body providing the highest supplemental oxygen percentage greater than 80% FiO2 while maintaining spontaneous breathing.

This mask uses a simple oxygen source increasing FiO2 greater than 200% assisting the use of propofol sedation. Dual modifiable membranes are located in the perfect positions for easy nasal or oral entry. The standard luer-lock connection for end tidal gas monitoring enables capnography for apnea detection.
